MANIFESTING ABUNDANCE
Create a magnetic energy for success and money
Now… there is something that you are going to notice… something that is very important to you. It may be a room or a beam of light. Notice that it is something that draws you closer, or that seems to have great wisdom. However it appears to you…just follow it. Perhaps in the velvety darkness, you can let yourself float and drift and whatever it is you notice that is drawing you near, you can allow yourself to simply surrender and go closer and closer, relaxing deeper and deeper, to that place of wisdom. Gooood. And right here… let your mind and your body settle into this peaceful place. Gooood. Open your palms and place your hands so that they're resting on your lap in front of you, just a few inches apart… and imagine that right there between your two hands there is the beginning twinkles of a tiny ball of energy. Perhaps you notice a swirling of light or a color… a magical, mysterious glow… beautiful colors. And as it begins to swirl, it takes form and takes shape right there in between your two hands. This little ball of light begins to get bigger now… you can almost feel the energy building. You may begin to feel some of the tingle of this energy between your fingertips. Or you may feel it in the palm of your hands now. Or it may get stronger the more you focus on it. Notice how this energy has a movement, almost as if it has a life of its own. And as this energy begins to develop and form and you feel the pressure of it between your hands…notice that it increases, get stronger, and seems to have a vibration or a movement to it that you can feel… strengthening… and increasing. The more you focus the stronger it becomes. In a moment you're going to place into that ball of energy your desires, your dreams, your outcomes, your hopes for the future. You are going to place into that ball of energy everything that you would like to create and experience, and then you will give it out to the universe... to bring to you, all of the opportunities … the experiences … the people … the direction … the intuition… whatever it is that you need. You're going to allow the universe to bring it to you.
186 So into that ball of energy, that is right there in your hands, place a quality or personality trait, about yourself, that will allow you to be successful and abundant. Perhaps it is your confidence, or your creativity … or your ingenuity. Perhaps it is your sense of humor or your way of inspiring people. Find the one quality, the one trait, that above everything else will allow you to be abundant. And watch it swirling around inside of that ball. Swirling and moving, combining with the energy of that ball. And now in that ball of energy place your true belief that you do deserve to be wealthy and abundant. Somewhere in you there is a belief that you know that you do deserve to be abundant, wealthy… to have the freedom to do the things that you would like to do. So place this belief into the ball. Watch it swirling and moving … and begin to notice a sound that is associated with that ball. Perhaps it's like a hum or a vibration or an ohm, and just let that sound begin to increase. (pause) Now, place into that ball, the wisdom that will guide you and help you to know the correct path to take… or to allow you to see the opportunity that's presented to you. Maybe it is your ability to be intuitive, or guided… peacefully and faithfully. Place that into that ball and watch it swirling around, notice the sound increasing… the feel and the vibration in your hands… as it may actually be getting bigger and stronger in your hands. Now place into that ball your right to be wealthy. Release any negative feelings about having money and put into that ball your right to be wealthy. Whatever way that looks for you let it float into that ball of energy, increase the sound, the strength and the intensity. Now place into that ball the opportunity that you would like to have come to you,… that will allow you to do the work that you love… that allows you to have a lifestyle that is the lifestyle you're passionate about… where work doesn't seem like work at all. You are truly in a space of loving what you do. And whatever way that looks for you, place that into that ball of energy. Feel it swirling, getting stronger having even more movement. Hear the sound of that energy becoming stronger. Feel the pressure… the pulse of it in your hands.
And now into that ball of energy, place the one quality or personality trait that perhaps you don't have yet, that you could use in order to allow you to be successful and abundant. Find that quality that you know that would benefit you… to help you to be abundant. Perhaps it is confidence, or perhaps it is creativity, or perhaps it is self discipline or the ability to be organized. Whatever it is for you… that one personal thing for you that you need and want… that would allow you to be more abundant … and place that into the ball … watch it swirling, getting stronger, and having more vibration and more intensity. Gooood. And feel that ball moving, swirling… getting stronger with every breath you breathe… and now I want you to begin to slowly open your hands and send that ball of energy out into the universe. See the color, the little sparkles… the twinkles as it begins to disperse in little tiny particles out into the universe. Every little particle carries information, each molecule carries this intention and includes all of the things that you placed into that ball of energy. Each one of those little particles… and there are thousands or millions or billions of them… reaches out in a positive and dedicated way into all of the possibilities and potential situations, people, and experiences in the universe that will allow you to have what you truly want. Watch the stream of energy reaching out there; see those twinkles and sparkles reaching out. And as they do you feel confident, and sure that you are able to manifest whatever you need, whatever you want and whatever you desire. So now you allow the universe to bring back to you whatever opportunity, whatever people, whatever intuition, or skills or knowledge that you need to be abundant. You expect and allow everything to be brought to you that will allow you to have the abundance, the health, the peace of mind, the strength and the confidence that allows you to deserve to have wealth and abundance. Now, as you manifest abundance you understand it is your right to be abundantly wealthy. You release any limitations, fears or anything you may have been holding back on… that has prevented you from being wealthy and abundant. You allow and expect the universe to bring you every opportunity, every person, every lesson, every learning, every teaching, every piece of information, all wisdom and all knowledge that you need and desire to achieve your outcomes. You deserve to be abundant, healthy and have peace of mind. The energy that you sent out into the universe will manifest itself in the opportunity, good luck, good fortune, people, guidance, spiritual awakening, even dreams that will all bring you closer to the outcomes that you want and deserve.
Now send a wave of gratitude from the top of your head down to the bottoms of your feet. Take a nice deep breath (INHALE) (EXHALE) Good. And allow your mind, your body and your spirit to feel completely at peace with what you're now manifesting. Completely at peace. Good. MANIFESTARE ABBONDANZA
Crea un'energia magnetica per successo e denaro
Ora ... c'è qualcosa che noterai ... qualcosa che è molto importante per te. Può essere una stanza o un raggio di luce. Nota che è qualcosa che ti avvicina o che sembra avere una grande saggezza. Comunque ti sembra ... basta seguirlo. Forse nell'oscurità vellutata, puoi lasciarti galleggiare e andare alla deriva e qualunque cosa ti accorga che ti sta avvicinando, puoi permetterti semplicemente di arrenderti e avvicinarti sempre di più, rilassandoti sempre più in profondità, verso quel luogo di saggezza. Gooood. E proprio qui ... lascia che la tua mente e il tuo corpo si sistemino in questo luogo pacifico. Gooood. Apri i palmi delle mani e posiziona le mani in modo che si appoggino in grembo davanti a te, a pochi centimetri di distanza ... e immagina che proprio lì tra le tue due mani ci siano gli scintillio iniziali di una piccola sfera di energia. Forse noti un vortice di luce o un colore ... un bagliore magico e misterioso ... bellissimi colori. E quando inizia a turbinare, prende forma e prende forma proprio lì tra le tue due mani. Questa piccola sfera di luce inizia a diventare più grande ora ... puoi quasi sentire l'energia che si sviluppa. Potresti iniziare a sentire un pizzico di formicolio di questa energia tra le dita. Oppure potresti sentirlo nel palmo delle tue mani ora. Oppure può diventare più forte più ti concentri su di esso. Nota come questa energia abbia un movimento, quasi come se avesse una vita propria. E mentre questa energia inizia a svilupparsi e formarsi e ne senti la pressione tra le mani ... nota che aumenta, diventa più forte e sembra avere una vibrazione o un movimento che puoi sentire ... rafforzare ... e aumentare. Più ti concentri, più diventa forte. In un attimo inserirai in quella sfera di energia i tuoi desideri, i tuoi sogni, i tuoi risultati, le tue speranze per il futuro. Inserirai in quella sfera di energia tutto ciò che vorresti creare e sperimentare, e poi lo darai all'universo ... per offrirti tutte le opportunità ... le esperienze ... le persone ... il direzione ... l'intuizione ... qualunque cosa tu abbia bisogno. Consentirai all'universo di portartelo.
186 Quindi, in quella sfera di energia, che è proprio lì nelle tue mani, posiziona un tratto di qualità o di personalità, su te stesso, che ti permetterà di avere successo e abbondanza. Forse è la tua fiducia, o la tua creatività ... o la tua ingegnosità. Forse è il tuo senso dell'umorismo o il tuo modo di ispirare le persone. Trova l'unica qualità, l'unica caratteristica, che sopra ogni altra cosa ti permetterà di essere abbondante. E guardalo roteare all'interno di quella palla. Vorticoso e in movimento, in combinazione con l'energia di quella palla. E ora in quella sfera di energia riponi la tua vera convinzione che meriti di essere ricco e abbondante. Da qualche parte in te c'è la convinzione di sapere che meriti di essere abbondante, ricco ... di avere la libertà di fare le cose che vorresti fare. Quindi metti questa convinzione nella palla. Guardalo roteare e muoversi ... e inizia a notare un suono associato a quella palla. Forse è come un ronzio o una vibrazione o un ohm, e lascia che il suono inizi ad aumentare. (pausa) Ora, mettiti in quella palla, la saggezza che ti guiderà e ti aiuterà a conoscere il percorso corretto da prendere ... o per permetterti di vedere l'opportunità che ti viene presentata. Forse è la tua capacità di essere intuitivo o guidato ... pacificamente e fedelmente. Mettilo in quella palla e guardalo roteare, nota che il suono aumenta ... la sensazione e la vibrazione nelle tue mani ... in quanto potrebbe effettivamente diventare sempre più forte nelle tue mani. Ora metti in quella palla il tuo diritto di essere ricco. Rilascia tutti i sentimenti negativi sull'avere denaro e metti in quella palla il tuo diritto ad essere ricco. Qualunque sia il modo che ti cerca, lascialo fluttuare in quella sfera di energia, aumenta il suono, la forza e l'intensità. Ora metti in quella palla l'opportunità che vorresti fosse venuta da te, ... che ti permetterà di fare il lavoro che ami ... che ti permette di avere uno stile di vita che è lo stile di vita che ti appassiona ... dove il lavoro non fa sembra che lavori affatto. Sei veramente in uno spazio di amore per quello che fai. E qualunque sia il modo in cui ti cerca, posizionalo in quella sfera di energia. Senti che turbina, diventa più forte avendo ancora più movimento. Ascolta il suono di quell'energia diventare più forte. Senti la pressione ... il polso di esso nelle tue mani.
E ora in quella sfera di energia, posiziona l'unica caratteristica di qualità o personalità che forse non hai ancora, che potresti usare per permetterti di avere successo e abbondanza. Trova quella qualità che sai che ti gioverebbe ... per aiutarti ad essere abbondante. Forse è fiducia, o forse è creatività, o forse è autodisciplina o capacità di essere organizzati. Qualunque cosa sia per te ... quell'unica cosa personale per te di cui hai bisogno e che desideri ... che ti permetterebbe di essere più abbondante ... e metterlo nella palla ... guardalo turbinare, diventare più forte, avere più vibrazioni e più intensità. Gooood. E senti quella palla che si muove, vortica ... diventa più forte ad ogni respiro che respiri ... e ora voglio che inizi lentamente ad aprire le mani e mandi quella sfera di energia nell'universo. Guarda il colore, i piccoli luccichii ... i luccichii mentre inizia a disperdersi in piccole minuscole particelle nell'universo. Ogni piccola particella trasporta informazioni, ogni molecola porta questa intenzione e include tutte le cose che hai messo in quella sfera di energia. Ognuna di quelle piccole particelle ... e ce ne sono migliaia o milioni o miliardi ... raggiunge in modo positivo e dedicato tutte le possibilità e potenziali situazioni, persone ed esperienze nell'universo che ti permetteranno di avere ciò che voglio veramente. Guarda il flusso di energia che raggiunge là fuori; vedere quei luccichii e scintillii che si allungano. E mentre lo fanno ti senti fiducioso e sicuro di essere in grado di manifestare tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, ciò che vuoi e ciò che desideri. Quindi ora permetti all'universo di restituirti qualunque opportunità, qualunque persona, qualunque intuizione, abilità o conoscenza di cui hai bisogno per essere abbondante. Ti aspetti e permetti che ti venga portato tutto ciò che ti permetterà di avere l'abbondanza, la salute, la tranquillità, la forza e la sicurezza che ti permettono di meritare di avere ricchezza e abbondanza. Ora, quando manifesti l'abbondanza, capisci che è tuo diritto essere abbondantemente ricco. Rilasci qualsiasi limitazione, paura o qualsiasi cosa tu possa aver trattenuto ... che ti ha impedito di essere ricco e abbondante. Consenti e ti aspetti che l'universo ti porti ogni opportunità, ogni persona, ogni lezione, ogni apprendimento, ogni insegnamento, ogni informazione, saggezza e conoscenza di cui hai bisogno e desideri per raggiungere i tuoi risultati. Meriti di essere abbondante, sano e di tranquillità. L'energia che hai inviato nell'universo si manifesterà nell'opportunità, nella buona fortuna, nella buona fortuna, nelle persone, nella guida, nel risveglio spirituale, persino nei sogni che ti avvicineranno ai risultati che desideri e che meriti.
Ora manda un'ondata di gratitudine dalla parte superiore della testa verso il fondo dei piedi. Fai un bel respiro profondo (INHALE) (EXHALE) Bene. E lascia che la tua mente, il tuo corpo e il tuo spirito si sentano completamente in pace con ciò che stai manifestando. Completamente in pace. Buono. Fai un altro bel respiro profondo (INHALE) bene e lascialo uscire (EXHALE)
